Daryl is a Blues/R&B/Funk/Jazz Vocalist and Guitarist based in Los Angeles. A former RCA/Bahia Recording Artist, Daryl recently finished up his European Summer Late@Nite Tour! And a good time was had by all!! This tour showcased tracks from the just released EP - Daryl Strodes Band - featuring brand new Blues/Soul/Funk tracks with a cover of a soon-to-be Blues classic! As well as just finishing the Summer Tour, the band has plans to add US dates later this year along with new Europe dates in Spring/Summer 2024!! In addition to finishing new tunes to round out the first Daryl Strodes Band CD release; Daryl is also collaborating with Pawel Maciwoda (Scorpions) and Robert Cichoń for an upcoming Soul/Rock venture aptly named Stirwater; As well as scoring an upcoming LA-based travel docu-series!!! Exciting things on the horizon so stay tuned!!
Daryl has been nominated for Two Independent Music Awards; as well as charting numerous songs in different genres - ‘Honey’, (14 weeks on The New York Top 30 Reggae Charts/Top 100 Reggae Songs of 2010;) ‘And Over and Over’, ‘It’s a Physical Thing’ and ‘Love When You Need It’ (8 weeks-European Danceteria Phat 50 Charts) ‘Can’t Wait’ (Top 30 Beatport Charts).
Daryl has performed internationally for more than two decades; including appearances at Shanghai F1 Grand Prix; Hong Kong Stadium Rugby 7's; Australia Gold Coast Indy 300; Hangzhou Stadium World Drift championships; among countless other music festivals in Europe and the U.S. Daryl has cultivated a wide and diverse (and growing!) fanbase. Based in Los Angeles, Daryl spends off-time enjoying family and friends (and traveling!!) when he’s not out touring.
